# Synctera Labs: Onboarding & Product Guide

Welcome to Synctera Labs - a production validation incubator designed for early-stage fintechs to test real-money workflows in a controlled environment. This guide provides a high-level overview of product capabilities, program parameters, and onboarding requirements for launching your consumer or commercial banking application.

## **1. Overview & Capabilities**

Synctera Labs provides a lower-risk environment for real-money movement and banking capabilities, enabling live demos and product validation prior to full bank sponsorship.

## **2. Program Requirements & Guardrails**

To operate within Synctera Labs, programs must adhere to specified eligibility limits and operational thresholds. Synctera has sole discretion of which programs will be allowed to onboard. 

### **Program Eligibility**

* **Prohibited Industries:** Examples of prohibited industries include, but are not limited to, the following: crypto (stablecoin allowed), cannabis, gambling, adult entertainment, firearms, MSBs, debt collectors, political propaganda groups, tobacco companies, and multi-level marketing companies.
* **UX Ownership:** Each FinTech owns the development of its channel UX (mobile and / or web app) and will be required to undergo a vulnerability scan showing no open and unmitigated critical or high vulnerabilities.
