How are micro-deposits monitored?
Micro-deposits are strictly monitored by Plaid, Synctera does not handle them.
Plaid’s bank pushes two credits and a debit to the end-customers account, and then in the Synctera app, via the Plaid UI, the end-customer can confirm that they saw it on their bank.
How can I check the reason why an end customer was unable to make a payment?Are there any differences in the Plaid linking process depending on the specific bank or credit union?
