What is the full list of information to include for each KYC case type?
Full legal name as it appears on government documents (no nicknames, include all last names if you have multiple, etc.)
A valid US address that includes:
Street Address
Apartment number (if applicable)
City
State
Zip code
A valid Social Security Number (SSN)
A valid email address
A valid phone number
