This addition includes the Case Resolution Overview table, which enables Insights users to see aggregated Case creation and resolution data relevant to them / their entities. Launch Date: 2023-07-26 The changes are as follows:
  • A new table and entry in the My Data dashboard case_resolution_overview_external
  • A gorgeous new sample dashboard allowing our customers to take exploratory journeys through it
This new dataset will enable Insights customers to understand:
  • Case Creation Volumes (for estimation of future workloads, and trend estimation)
  • Case Resolution Volumes (for audit / transparency on timing) As part of this release, we’re updating the following Synctera assets
