Case Management

Overview

Synctera’s case management system is built to ensure that the right person at your company receives the appropriate notifications from the Synctera Console. This document outlines how to set up the case assignees to ensure nothing gets missed!
Case Management can be found in the Synctera Console’s Admin Panel under “Services” → “Case Management”
Each case type can be found under “Case Management”. Depending on your organization structure, you will want to assign specific employees to specific case types. Learn more about each case type here.

Default Assignees

Default assignees will be notified via email for the specified case. You can choose more than one assignee, if appropriate for your organization.
Email notifications are sent when a case is assigned or created, when the status changes, when notes are added or documents are uploaded, and when the case is closed. By default, all assignees receive these notifications.

Escalations

Escalation assignees will be notified via email for the specified case when the escalation timeline is met.
