Overview

With the Custom Card Review case type in Synctera Cases, users can review the images uploaded by the customer and accept the images if they fit all the requirements. If the images do not meet the requirements, the image has to be rejected. When you reject an image, the customer will have to upload another image that then goes through the same review process.  To review and decision Custom Card Review cases, a user must have the appropriate permissions assigned.

Reviewing and decisioning cases

Click on the Cases tab in the left navigation. Then click on Custom Card Review. The number of cases column shows you the number of new Custom Card Review cases. 
You will see the list of cases. Click on a case.
Click “Preview this image on the card” to see the image uploaded by the user.
Click “Actions” to review the image based on conditions listed above.
If the image meets the guidelines, click “Approve.”
If the image doesn’t meet the guidelines, click “Reject,” select the rejection reason, and write a short memo.
